Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients, manage our schedule effectively, and ensure that appointment times are used fairly for all. We appreciate your understanding that last-minute changes can impact the smooth running of the clinic.

Cancellations within 24 Hours or No-Shows
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or fail to attend without prior notice, your deposit will be retained. This is to account for the time reserved for your treatment and the loss of opportunity to offer that appointment to another client.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment to avoid disruption to other clients. Please note that the full service fee may still apply, as your appointment time has been specifically reserved.

During your consultation, we aim to provide a thorough assessment, clear explanation of the procedure, and realistic expectations. While we always strive to achieve the best possible results, outcomes can vary based on individual factors such as skin type, lifestyle, and biological response.

For this reason, results cannot be guaranteed, and we do not offer refunds based solely on dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcomes, provided the treatment has been carried out correctly and in line with professional standards.

Adverse Reactions
All treatments carry some level of risk. While we take every precaution to ensure safety, individual reactions (including allergic reactions or unexpected skin responses) can occur.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for negligence causing personal injury.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information during consultation and on medical forms to minimise potential risks.

Payments & Packages

All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with sufficient notice (in line with the cancellation policy).

Prepaid treatments and packages are non-refundable, except where required by law. However, we will always aim to be fair and reasonable in exceptional circumstances.
