Late Arrivals & No-Shows

​At Refined, we are committed to providing every client with a personalised, professional and considered experience. Our appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, and our policies are designed to ensure the smooth running of the clinic while allowing us to dedicate the appropriate time and care to every client.

By booking an appointment with Refined, you agree to the following booking and clinic policies.

Please arrive on time for your appointment so that we can provide your treatment safely and without compromising the experience of clients booked after you.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to carry out your treatment. Where there is insufficient time to proceed safely, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation/no-show and the deposit may be forfeited.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will be treated as a no-show, and a new deposit will be required before another appointment can be booked.​​​​​

Treatment Suitability

Every treatment at Refined is subject to consultation and individual suitability.

We reserve the right to decline, postpone or recommend an alternative treatment where we believe the treatment originally booked is not appropriate, safe or in your best interests.

Our priority will always be achieving an appropriate result rather than performing a treatment simply because it has been booked.

For example, where existing dermal filler has resulted in significant migration or overfilling, we may recommend dissolving the existing filler and allowing the area to settle before reinjecting at a later appointment.

Where a treatment already paid for is considered unsuitable, any eligible amount may, at the clinic's discretion, be held as credit on your client account towards an alternative suitable treatment or treatment plan, rather than refunded.

Any alternative treatment remains subject to consultation, suitability and pricing.

Age Requirements

Aesthetic treatments at Refined are available to clients aged 18 years and over, subject to treatment-specific requirements and clinical suitability.

Valid photographic identification may be requested where necessary.

Payments & Refunds

Payment for treatment is due before the procedure is performed, once your consultation and treatment plan have been completed.

Due to the nature of our services and the appointment time, practitioner time, products and resources reserved for each client, payments for treatments already provided are non-refundable.

Deposits are subject to the cancellation and rescheduling terms outlined above.

Where a treatment cannot appropriately proceed following consultation, we will discuss suitable alternatives with you and, where applicable, retain eligible funds as client credit in accordance with these policies.

Nothing in these policies affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law.

Treatment Packages

​​​​Treatment packages are created to provide continuity and support clients undertaking a planned course of treatments.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, packages must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.

Appointments included within a package remain subject to our cancellation, rescheduling and no-show policies.

Treatment frequency will be determined according to the treatment performed, your individual response and the practitioner's recommendations. Purchasing a package does not mean treatments will be performed more frequently than considered appropriate or safe.

Unused sessions after the package validity period may expire.

Unlimited Pico Laser Packages

​​Our Unlimited Pico Laser packages are valid for a maximum period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

“Unlimited” refers to eligible treatment sessions that can safely and appropriately be performed during the validity period. It does not mean that treatments can be performed on demand or without appropriate intervals.

The number and timing of sessions will depend on the treated indication, individual response, healing and practitioner assessment.

Adequate healing time must be allowed between sessions, and Refined reserves the right to postpone a session where the treatment area has not sufficiently recovered or where treatment would not be appropriate.

Refined Memberships

Refined Memberships are designed to make ongoing aesthetic and regenerative care more consistent and convenient, while allowing clients to spread the cost of their treatment programme through monthly payments.

All Refined memberships operate on a prepaid basis. Treatments must be fully funded before they become available and are always subject to consultation, individual suitability and appropriate treatment intervals.

Refined Tox

Refined Tox is our anti-wrinkle maintenance membership.

An initial payment of £285 fully funds the first 3-area anti-wrinkle treatment. Thereafter, £95 is collected monthly, with the next 3-area treatment becoming available once three successful monthly payments have accumulated.

Treatment is anticipated approximately every three months but remains subject to individual assessment and appropriate treatment intervals.

Refined Regenerate

Refined Regenerate is our ongoing polynucleotide programme for the face and eye area.

An initial payment of £467 funds the first Face & Eyes Polynucleotide treatment. Thereafter, £117 is collected monthly, with the next treatment becoming available once four successful monthly payments have accumulated.

Treatment is anticipated approximately every four months but remains subject to individual response, suitability and practitioner assessment.

Refined Complete

Refined Complete combines our anti-wrinkle and regenerative treatment programmes.

An initial payment of £752 funds the first 3-area anti-wrinkle treatment and first Face & Eyes Polynucleotide treatment.

Thereafter, £212 is collected monthly, comprising:

• £95 accumulating towards 3-area anti-wrinkle treatment
• £117 accumulating towards Face & Eyes Polynucleotide treatment

The two treatment balances accumulate independently. Anti-wrinkle treatment becomes available once the required three monthly contributions have been successfully collected, while Face & Eyes Polynucleotide treatment becomes available once the required four monthly contributions have been successfully collected.

Treatment Entitlement

Membership payments accumulate towards future treatment and do not entitle a client to receive treatment before the required amount has been fully funded.

Treatment schedules are approximate. A sufficient membership balance does not override clinical judgement or appropriate treatment intervals.

Where treatment needs to be postponed because of healing, treatment response, contraindications or another suitability consideration, the accumulated balance will remain on the client's account.

All membership treatments are personal to the member and cannot be transferred to another person.

Membership appointments remain subject to Refined's standard cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival and no-show policies.

Cancelling Your Membership

Memberships continue until cancelled in accordance with the applicable membership terms.

Cancellation prevents future membership payments from being collected but does not result in the loss of eligible credit already accumulated.

Any treatment that has already been provided must have been fully funded before treatment and therefore no outstanding treatment balance should arise upon cancellation.

Membership Credit

If a membership is cancelled before sufficient funds have accumulated for the next treatment, any eligible unused amount already paid will remain on the client's Refined account as clinic credit.

Clinic credit:

• Has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded
• May only be used by the client to whom it belongs
• May be used towards another suitable treatment offered by Refined
• Cannot be transferred to another person
• Cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers
• Expires 18 months from the date the relevant credit was accrued

Where the chosen treatment costs more than the available clinic credit, the remaining balance must be paid before treatment.

Use of clinic credit remains subject to consultation, treatment suitability and availability.

Changes to Memberships

Refined may occasionally update membership pricing, benefits or treatment inclusions. Where a change affects an existing member's recurring plan, appropriate notice will be provided before the change takes effect, subject to the terms of the client's membership and applicable consumer rights.

All treatments remain subject to consultation and suitability. Refined reserves the right to postpone, decline or recommend an alternative treatment where proceeding with a requested treatment would not be considered appropriate.

Results & Individual Response

​​Aesthetic and regenerative treatments can produce different outcomes from one person to another.

Results, longevity, healing, downtime and the number of sessions required will vary according to factors including the treatment performed, individual anatomy, skin condition, lifestyle and biological response.

We cannot guarantee a specific result or duration.

Where a course of treatment is recommended, completing the suggested treatment plan and following the appropriate aftercare can be important in achieving the best possible outcome.
